BRNO’S GREENERY
Brno offers lots of opportunities to relax on green lawns surrounded by trees. The city’s public transportation makes it easy to visit parks and even forests.
Brno’s numerous parks invite people to take a stroll, enjoy some sports, or have a picnic. The following list is far from complete, but it contains most of the parks that are worth visiting and located close to the city centre. The Brno reservoir provides many ways to relax, and there’s even a deer park in Brno where you can see wild animals. If you feel like taking a longer trip, there are several locations on the outskirts of Brno to choose from, some of which are major paleontological sites or ecologically important areas.
