Located close to the city centre, the garden is open to public year-round
The botanical garden on the corner of Veveří and Kotlářská consists of outdoor exhibitions, which are freely accessible, and of greenhouses that you can visit only if you ring the bell at the entrance to the greenhouse under the winding staircase. Plants have name tags, and the exhibitions are equipped with informative boards. In the greenhouses, you can play voice presentations both in Czech and in English. Exhibitions of plants and exotic pets as well as garden parties are held in the greenhouses throughout the year.
