Extensive trail with substantial elevation gains mapping nature and old castles to the north-east of Brno is 12 kilometres long and has 17 stations.

It leads hikers from the tram terminus in Obřany through the Svitava valley to the Obřany hill fort and castle, rises up to the Hády Plateau and Ressl gamekeeper’s house, crosses the Hády Plateau past the Velký Hornek lookout point to the picturesque Říčky Valley, and runs under Horákovský Castle, by the Staré Zámky hill fort, around three recreational reservoirs, and down to Mariánské Valley. You’ll find information about the surrounding geology and the southern section of the Moravian Karst Landscape Park.
