Four-story double house with rooftop terrace (left half). On the ground floor were an entrance hall, storeroom, pantry, and a WC. The first floor was given over to a large living room and kitchen. On the second floor were the bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. The top-floor guest room opened onto a rooftop terrace. The different levels were connected by a semi-circular staircase that divided the layout into living spaces and service areas while also acting as a distinctive interior design element.
