JAN 2018 / Nir Ben Gal (IL) and ProART
Our history is full of violence and resistance to oppression. Is violence the only way to resist the oppression? Does a different perspective exist? The violence, oppression and resistance can actually be often seen not only as an external factor of the cruel regime or occupying power, but also in our face, our body, our intentions. Let us try to find a way to love without resistance or aversion – by dancing. An exercise without an oppression. The choreography is dedicated to the memory and legacy of Jan Palach.
“A man must fight against the evil that he is able to fight” – Jan Palach
Choreography: Nir Ben Gal; Music: Philip Glass (Music for Voices, Another Look at Harmony); Dance: Irene Bauer, Martin Dvořák, Alena Pajasová

Science Killer is a perfect example of the drone-blues-garage harmony.
Beps’n’Johnnies
A band, whose music is characterized by psychedelic music of the 60’s and contemporary garage rock. Rich sound and throbbing rhythm contrast with the atmosphere of melancholic music.
