Get to know Czech literature at its best. Find out which quotations are the most popular and which positions people prefer to read in. Sit down on a comfy deckchair, play with a giant jigsaw puzzle in the family zone, and come visit the literature salon where cultural, theatrical, and musical performances will be going on. Literature is fun – come see for yourself!

The Morava Pavilion, with its visuals designed by the Faculty of Architecture of Brno University of Technology, is dedicated to the best of Czech literature from the last century. Visitors can freely walk through this exhibition in which its design beautifully complements the architecture of the pavilion.
A selection of 100 Czech books and 100 children’s books will be exhibited in the pavilion. The exhibition will feature an educational zone, stories of books, and interactive fun elements, and accompanied by various other activities, such as readings from authors, workshops, demonstrations of 3D technologies and applications that support literacy, theatrical and musical performances, and more.
Come see writer and painter Pavel Čech, writer Alena Mornštajnová, actor and writer Arnošt Goldflam, musicologist and composer Miloš Štědroň, literary scholar Jiří Trávníček as well as globally renowned children’s author, graphical artist and author of animated films Petr Sís.

The event belongs to the RE:PUBLIKA Festival.
On weekdays, mornings will be mainly focused on schools at all levels and afternoons and evenings will have programmes for families and the general and expert public. The programmes will take various forms, including meetings with authors and illustrators, workshops, and multi-genre evening shows.
